Bigby = Chaotic Good.

Agreed. I think that Bigby's 'monstrous past' premise, and ant-heroically 'seeking redemption' transition, character theme, is one that we're all too familiar with though, right?

In every medium that I'm aware of, Bigby has pretty consistently been portrayed as your prototypical Chaotic Good badass, ISTP (MBTI), Clint Eastwood (Unforgiven), Wolverine-esque (Logan), badass but good-hearted anti-hero, haunted by a dark past, archetype: Someone constantly struggling with both coming to terms with their extensive history of violence/pain, accepting/integrating their feral-predatory nature in the present, and attempt to establish a life of relative peace for their future.

Bigby, instead of giving in to his primal urges, attempts to instead control/channel those appetites/aptitudes for violent hunting and killing, by willfully dedicating himself to those higher ideals that he believes are greater than his own immediate self-gratification. Self-medicating (smoking/drinking) to dull his senses, and ultimately leveraging his unique 'skills' for the betterment of Fabletown, Bibgby is usually able to stay on track, usually winning that constant struggle, but not always, because... well... noir-fantasy with a sprinkling of grimdark horror, isn't a cartoon fairy tale.

In my opinion, Bigby is that Chaotic Good aligned, anti-heroic warrior with a haunted past, archetype. Once upon a time, Bigby was a monstrous and malevolent outlaw wolf. He has now turned lawman and lethal protector Sheriff, seeking redemption for his past sins, and ultimately... peace.
